IMPORTANT:

• Our rental season goes from Memorial Day to Labor Day (with the exception of the last week of August which includes 2 extra days until Labor day)
• All Rentals are Saturday to Saturday
• Check in time is 4PM and Check out is 10AM
• A few cottages are available for partial weeks before mid-June and after Labor Day

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• DEPOSIT WILL BE RETURNED IF CANCELLATION IS REQUESTED IN WRITING BEFORE APRIL 1.

PAYMENT POLICY:

• 35% DOWN AND DUE BY FEB 1ST TO HOLD YOUR RESERVATION
• BALANCE DUE 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR STAY
• ALL RENTAL FEES ARE SUBJECT TO 6% MICHIGAN USE TAX

To make everyone’s stay most enjoyable our association has created these restrictions:

• No Fires
• No Pets
• No Fireworks
• No Camping
• No smoking or vaping inside any building or near any decks or patios
• Quiet time is enforced from 10pm – 9am everyday!
